Each day the Montana Game Wardens patrol the private and public lands of this state to protect outdoor resources for future generations to enjoy. Through their involvement with programs like the Block Management program benefit both landowners and the sporting public. The most common complaint wardens receive from resident and non-resident alike is the lack of access to the wild resources of the state. We believe it is time to reverse this trend and who better than the very game wardens that work everyday with private landowners and the sportsmen and women of this state.
We believe in creating partnerships with private landowners, other non-government and non-profit organizations, the sportsmen and women who recreate in the state, and other agencies to participate in the political arena to accomplish our objectives. By working together with shared visions we can accomplish these goals.
The men and women of this profession have chosen this work as much more than a way to make a living. It is, for most, a lifestyle as well as a career and a way to make a difference. Game Wardens do make a difference every day—in the field, in classrooms and in courtrooms.
